Do you ship printed materials outside Phu Yen?
Yes, via tracked courier for an additional fee disclosed on the invoice. Digital copies always ship free.
Can teams attend remotely?
Hybrid seats include live stream access, but labs still expect a teammate on-site with hardware access.
What if our VPN blocks AWS consoles?
We provide offline exercise packs and recorded walkthroughs, but you will miss live sandbox credit—state this in intake.
How large are cohorts?
We cap labs at eighteen participants to keep mentor ratios predictable. Some specialty weeks run smaller without changing price.
Do you teach soft skills?
We coach facilitation and stakeholder comms inside architecture reviews, but we are not a general management school.
Are installment plans available?
Yes—two or three installments are listed on invoices with explicit totals; no hidden processing fees.
What is not included in the listed price?
Exam vouchers, international courier fees, and bespoke consulting outside syllabus hours are billed separately.
How fast is email support?
We target two business days for desk mail. Urgent production issues in your employer systems are outside our SLA.
Can you sign our NDA?
Yes, with reasonable mutual terms. Legal review may add a week before cohort start—plan ahead.
What should I not expect from these courses?
We do not guarantee job placement, certification passes, or vendor escalations. We teach durable patterns and documentation habits.
