By accessing connectivefuture.digital you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and contact hello@connectivefuture.digital for clarification.
2. Services described
We provide professional training information, cohort descriptions, and contact channels. Unless a separate signed agreement exists, no consulting or delivery obligation arises from browsing this site.
3. Accounts and communications
Forms you submit must contain accurate contact details. We may respond using the email or phone you supply. You are responsible for securing your mailbox and devices.
4. Intellectual property
Course outlines, diagrams, and downloadable templates displayed on the site remain our intellectual property unless explicitly labeled otherwise. You may not scrape or resell materials without written permission.
5. Liability limits
To the extent permitted under Vietnamese law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our aggregate liability for direct losses is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or VND 0 if no payment occurred.
6. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating proceedings in competent courts of Phu Yen Province, unless mandatory consumer rules designate another venue.
7. Termination and suspension
We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or legal obligation. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that reasonably survive termination remain in effect.
8. Changes
We update these terms periodically. Material changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after posting constitutes notice of the update.
