Pricing context: Seat options

1. Scope

This policy covers paid cohort seats purchased directly from Connective Future where a written order or invoice exists. Informational prices on the website are not checkout transactions.

2. Eligibility window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if the cohort has not started and no custom materials were delivered to you individually.

3. Partial refunds

After the cohort begins, refunds are calculated for unused full weeks, minus any non-recoverable vendor fees we already paid on your behalf, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

4. Non-refundable items

Third-party exam vouchers, hardware shipped to you, and bespoke consulting blocks activated under a separate statement of work are non-refundable once ordered.

5. Process

Email hello@connectivefuture.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm receipt within 3 business days.

6. Timing and method

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days to the original payment channel. Bank processing may add additional days.

7. Cancellations and exceptions

We may cancel a cohort for low enrollment or force majeure; in that case you receive a full refund or transfer to another date. Vietnamese consumer protection laws apply where they provide stronger rights.
